Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately we are not able to ship to the Scottish Highlands, some island locations, or internationally at this time - please get in touch if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat-rate postage fee per order. Orders over £30 qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 - 3 business days of payment being confirmed. During busy periods (such as around holidays), processing may take a little longer - we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 2 - 3 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our courier and cannot be guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us.

Tracking

Where available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply.
